Section 14
(1) Appointing, promoting or departmentalizing any employee without complying with the procedures and conditions prescribed by the Constitution, this Act and other prevailing laws and the Commission from time to time while inspecting or carrying out inspection in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 13
If action is found, the Commission may consider such appointment, promotion or departmental action irregular.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if any person is appointed to a position to be appointed by the Commission in accordance with the delegated authority without fulfilling the prescribed procedures and conditions in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Commission may cancel such appointment at any time.
(3) If any information submitted by a person to be a candidate in the examination as per the advertisement of the Commission is found to be false or incorrect, the Commission may cancel the application or examination or interview or appointment recommendation of such candidate and if he has already received the appointment, he may send a recommendation to the relevant agency to take necessary action in accordance with the prevailing law. .
(4) If it is not found that the consultation of the Commission has been carried out in accordance with the general principle during the monitoring in accordance with Sub-section (2) of Section 13, the Commission may order the relevant body to correct or cancel such action.
